Get balance advice tailored to your balance profile to guide your journey to improving your balance.You can use the app on its own to learn more about how your lifestyle affects your balance, and you can also add your balance measurements from ZIBRIO’s range of Stability Scales (at home or in doctor’s office)
BETTER BALANCE® TRAINING
Spend 5 to 10 minutes a day with Better Balance® Training to boost your sensory-motor system! You can think of your balance as an orchestra. If one aspect is weak, that will impact your overall stability. Better Balance® Training focuses on all the parts of your balance orchestra. The program is built on scientifically-proven methods and uses the 3-2-1 balance training method to train. Practice your new skills to gain medals for various levels of achievement.
BETTER BALANCE® PREMIUM
Upgrade to the Better Balance® Training premium to unlock the rest of the programs and keep your body moving the way it was designed. Learn techniques you can easily weave into your daily activities. The programs include workout variety, progress tracking and you collect medals after you learn a skill.¬

MEASURE YOUR BALANCE
The ZIBRIO BalanceCoach® app connects to the ZIBRIO Stability scale via Bluetooth to sync as you stand for a quick 60-second balance test. You will see a countdown timer during the test. When the test is complete, the app will show your score and percentile. Your score determines your risk of falling in the next 12 months.

The app conveniently imports scores from balance tests done solely with the scale. You can also input your score manually if you checked your balance with another scale or at a clinical setting.
